GB on Wii?

I know there was an addon to play GB/GBC/GBA (I think GBA not 100% sure) on the Gamecube. I was wondering if they plan on releasing something where you can play GB/GBC/GBA and possibly DS games on the Wii? DS touchpad could be replaced by the remote I guess.GB on Wii?
Either an add-on or Virtual Console GB/GBA games would be cool...GB on Wii?

Umm, the big problem with the DS is that it has the two screens. You could try stacking them, but I imagine that would make each difficult to see on smaller TVs.
There isn't any news and absolutely nothing has been announced. I think that the next DS or GameBoy will have a Wii Shop esk option to buy and play classic GameBoy games on the handheld. But a new DS or GameBoy is a long was off and the smarter choice would be to add GameBoy games to the Wii Shop Channel and have the option to connect your DS to the Wii and play the games through your DS to give it an authentic feel. But that's just me.

I would love this, except I see it definitly happening for GB and GBC games but not ds and gba. theyre still supporting those after all. I would love ot play metal gear solid ghost babel on th wii.
I could definately see that on the vc, but not GBA games though.
You could buy these at any Gamespot or other retail stores. Probabaly they will have a Virtual Consoles of Virtual Boy, GB, GBC, GBA for the next handheld after DS.
You could buy these at any Gamespot or other retail stores.
Though it won't do you any good if you don't have the systems to play them on (I'm speaking of the GB and GBC games)...
Imagine playing something like Pokemon Silver on your TV. Dual Screens for DS on your TV isn't so bad as long as you have a decent sized monitor. I think anything 17''+ should be decent enough but bigger the better. Also would these games come out nasty and pixelated

IF you sold it thats sorta a different story. You could buy a GBA or GB or GBC and end up spending less money then what the cost of the VC games would be. SOme gB games are under one dollar.
how would utrade and stuff with other people
