Raising Wii's Bar...

Heres the deal. it seems that some developers aren't taking seriously the Wii as they should. The wii is a great console and there have been games ha can demonstrate its potential compared to 360 and ps3.. the question is: which games do you think will definitely help the wii raise the bar for its games?? or what should be that one game that will raise the bar for all gaming?some ideas eg, super Mario galaxy for platforms gamesmedal of honor heroes 2 for FPS shooters
Raising Wii's Bar...
Zack and Wiki for innovative, immersive puzzle solutions. Super Paper Mario's 2d to 3d mechanic. I'd like to say Wario Ware, for an interesting party atmosphere that it creates, specifically the Wii version. Sonic's new control scheme in The Secret Rings might eventually turn out to be a genius way to bring origianlly 2d games into 3d if they work out some little problems. That's seems like a pretty good number to me so far.Raising Wii's Bar...
honestly i dont think tha galaxy will raise the bar for platformers on wii. one- because mario platformers are so exceptional that noone can compair, and two- i dont see anything much that other developers can take from the game other than perfect camera angles, variety stages, and graphics that finally surpass gamecube. its a no brainer to say that MOHH2 is deff rasing the bar for wii shooters. also it shows that wii is capable of holding a large amount of players online without lag at 60 frames. and a game that seems to go under the radar is soul calubur legends. others can take from the way the game picks up the direction of the swing. the new star trek game will also turn real time strategy developers' attention towards wii
In terms of control, I think (or rather hope) that Zack and Wiki will raise this particular bar (I also hope it inspires more developers to make games of this genre... P%26C Adventure... for the Wii).
SMG won't raise the bar, it's just a re-make of a game they already did. MOHH2 WILL raise the bar becuase of the FPS, and the interactive cotrols (Shotgun pump, bazooka, melee).

At the very least, SMG will douse the idea that the wii can't support nice graphics. Every developed has been so intent on porting crap over this way, so we hadn't seen the wii even begin to reach its potential. But now we can start saying that we've seen good graphics on the wii, sogarbage is gonna be received a little more harshly. And rightfully so.
